The Veterans Accountable Care Group team has worked for decades in both public and private sector care delivery, providing comprehensive expertise and experience in healthcare planning, operations, clinical quality, government contracting and ultimately systemic transformation.  

We are now focused on supporting the Veterans Health Administration commitment to re-design care access and delivery, both within VHA facilities as well as community-based settings.  We are organizing the resources needed to manage and support the VHA's next-generation Community Care Network (CCN).  As envisioned, the CCN will operate a quality-focused, value-driven network of providers (medical, dental, pharmacy, vision and others) with integrated coordination of care, customer service, operations and administrative systems to serve Veteran's healthcare needs.  The program is planned to rollout in 2018, benefiting Veterans, community providers and the VHA.  

In addition to CCN development, VACG and its affiliated resources will target other large transformational projects and contracts that optimize the level of service, quality and outcomes users of the VHA and Military Health System experience. These range from integrating key administrative and clinical information systems to elevating customer service and responsiveness across large populations.  With a commitment to excellence, we will champion and implement  accountable, value-based care models, leveraging innovative approaches, technologies and systems to ensure that those who serve--or have served--have timely access to quality, compassionate care.
